They charged us $36.08 for only three sheets of paper. You should have told me, that you only had medical records for the only visit my husband was seen here, at Pranahealth, where Dr. Bunao affiliated with. $36.08, only to say, that they did not have the medical records from Carthage Street, Central Carolina Medical Practice where Bunao used to see his patients, & where my husband was seen by Doctor Alfred Bunao, for years.

I have been a patient of Dr. Bunao for over 20 years. I followed him from practice to practice, but today I decided not to continue my care with him because of the practice he works with. Prana Health is AWFUL. There is a huge turn over with their staff. I have had blood work "lost" and had to repeat.Someone scheduled my husband (also a patient for over 20 years) for an appointment with the Pulmonologist Dr. whom he does not see than charged us $50 for a missed appointment. Melinda at the front desk is a doll, and that is all I have to say about the "new" staff. I have had difficulty getting appointments. I have been really sick and waiting for blood work, I will get the labs first via email and if I don't call the office and leave messages no one is calling me to discuss the results. Th

I am glad that I didn't base my decision on the reviews. I am new to the state and needed to find a PCP. My sister, who uses Dr. Buano, raved about him and his staff. I also heard a random stranger in Walmart singing his praising too. I decided to give them a try. I am so glad that I did. The entire staff is awesome. Dr. B is pleasant, knowledgeable, through and caring. The staff are professional, pays attention to detail, listened and responded to my needs. I now have a PCP and I am happy.

Prana health has been wonderful for me and my family Dr kakkar has been a very fast and direct person and that's one of the reasons why we as a family love him he gets to the point

I wouldn’t trust this place with my medical needs ever again. The staff was far from helpful. Messed up my prescription and billing.
