I wouldn’t consider any other vet. Dr Shuler and her team are amazing. They are so great that my dog would actually get excited to go see them. They treat your pets like they would their own and have repeatedly gone above and beyond with my animals. When it was time to say goodbye, they were gentle, kind and grieving right beside me. If you are on the fence, just go for a visit and let your pet tell you how they feel. 100% recommend!

Dr Shuler and her staff are the best of the best. We have taken our pug to her since he was 7 weeks old and he turns 13 years old next month. He wouldn’t be here and in such good health without PVAH and Dr Shuler. I’ve never known anyone to love animals as much as they do, and they try to offer the most affordable options available in every situation. They put the health of their patients first in everything they do. We will never go anywhere else!

We were told that they don’t board geriatric dogs anymore, because they were afraid our dog would die over the weekend with no one being there to take care of them. For which they have boarded our dog numerous times. So, with this information that we received, tells me that when they kept our dog on the weekends no one was there to take care of her. Such a shame when we thought our dog was being taken care of. Follow up: Today, February 04, 2026, we received a letter from the hospital stating that we were dissatisfied with their services, which is accurate. The hospital's records reveal that they “FIRED US” due to a review we posted on Google, but this is inaccurate. Dr. Beth Shuler is wonderful! Kind, humane, and knows her animals! Great experience all around. Our Charlie had gotten PARVO and Dr. Shuler was able to bring her through it! We take both our pets to her office because we trust her expertise!

I went to them for possible tumors. Still waiting on results since it was just sent off about 3 days ago. They did a wonderful job. When I had worries after the surgery they got back to me real quick and helped settle my worries. My pup is back to normal besides surgical recovery. Which is going great. They are affordable. I expected like 2000.00 with all they did but not even close. 704.00 with 3 surgeries. Very friendly and my pup really seems to like them too. Very happy and won’t be going anywhere else. Also they were referred to me by two people. One was a emergency and they saved my sister cat. And they took care of my grandmother dog for years and when the dog past they sent a sympathy card (very old dog). Can’t get better care then that. Thank you.
