If you need a doctor that listens and cares look no further. They have treated myself, my daughters and my grandson. And they truly care about their patients. I have had both doctors call me on their days off just to check on me and my grandson when we have had things going on. I no longer live in Virginia but truly miss this office because I haven’t been able to find another doctor that cared as much as they did.

He is an extremely good doctor. He tells you the truth, and does no sugar coating. You have to respect someone who tells you the truth. This is from a patient not from some Rando that just wants to be mean. I would highly recommend this doctor for anyone.

Highly unprofessional environment -there are political signs all over the lawn and office interior. There are also dogs roaming around, and therefore the office has an unsanitary appearance and odor. The “doctor” also used questionable and outdated techniques. Would not recommend to anyone. * I see the "doctor" replied to my review- to clarify, my fiance was the one who darkened your door, and as a paying patient, I'd say his opinion is quite relevant here. You are correct, this is America, and therefore you can have whatever you want in your home, but it doesn't make it sanitary, and it doesn't make it appealing to patients who are seeking professional and competent healthcare. I moved here a few years ago, knew no one and was in need of a doctor visit and DR. Don and Cassie NP saw me rather quickly when others had long wait lists for new clients. They were both patient, listened to me and the symptoms of what I was experiencing, gave a proper diagnosis and prescribe the right medication and supplements to treat my extreme stomach pain during a time of great loss and grief which had it all kinds of torn up. Their knowledge and expertise helped me dodge an ulcer. Since then I've not looked back and made them my primaries. Too, I appreciate the relaxed cozy ambiance, the furbabe love, their down to earth personalities and overall "at home feel" atmosphere of Across The Tracks Office. It's comforting to me to know they are here in Wise County and available. Thanks D

I was seen by Dr. Dingus and found he was someone who listened to my every concern and didn't try to rush me out the door. He took the time to check me thoroughly and answered all my questions. The patients rooms are very nice and clean as well as the rest of the office. Didn't have to wait long to be seen. You most likely will be greeted by some beautiful fur babies when you enter the door. I'm so glad I decided to check this facility out. I give it 5 stars +. Go check them out, you won't be disappointed!!!
