CVS Pharmacy

CVS pharmacy has always been a good. The pharmacist Scott and Jordan at the CVS in Big Stone Gap is always very helpful and willing to help. If you call ahead of time the prescriptions are always ready to pick up. Thanks for the job well done.

Scott, the pharmacist, the female fill-in pharmacist from Bristol, the pharmacy techs, and the cashier at the front of the store are always professional and knowledgeable as well as friendly and helpful. Even helping me to use a discount card on expensive prescriptions. They're always helpful and prompt to return my calls when I leave a message and answer any questions I have.

The pharmacist I deal with is always really personable, and I get decent customer service when I'm there. I utilize the automated system to refill my prescription. When I fill my birth control I'll call several days ahead so that way it's ready the day I needed to pick it up. For some reason, they always fill it right away no matter what. So far, they haven't gone by the date that I request to pick it up so I'll get alerts all through the week telling me that my prescription is ready and that they're only going to hold it for 8 days. Twice I tried to call and tell them, but i gave up after staying on hold 15 minutes. I hung up because I've sat on the phone waiting on the pharmacy to pick up before (25 minutes!), and they never did. Just be careful if you ever call in your prescription and
