Family Drug Inc

I was in Big Stone Gap today and visited Family Drug. What a pleasant experience! The staff was so friendly and helpful. It's wonderful to be treated as a person instead of "a number." Thank you!

Worse pharmacy I've ever been to. They kept trying to charge me for things my insurance paid for. I didn't have a co pay at any other pharmacy. I stopped using them. My boyfriend has no co pay on certain meds yet they charged him. My son has no co pay yet after they had him sign a confirmation of his information which included his insurance numbers they tried to charge him. I had words and of course they had an excuse and put the blame on him. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else because they are not only an unfriendly bunch that will leave you waiting at the counter no even getting up to wait on you but they are crooks

They go above and beyond for me in the two+ years I've been here. Autumn is an angel, and several other workers go out of their way to learn their patrons so it doesn't get awkward or take a million years trying to spell basic info.

I love Greg and his staff!! They are perfect to everyone when I come into their establishment I have never heard a harsh word.. Greg is the nicest man whenever anyone needs help, he is right there.. I have seen him stop what he is doing and walk right down and consult and help his customers and even comfort some that are upset with kind words.. Everyone there are truly a blessings to this community!!
