It's my favorite gym in Wise county! Has freeweights, machines, a room in the back to do either workout videos or just to be alone working out. Plus they have cycling classes and a ping-pong table upstairs 😊 I also love the owners. Great people and easy to get along with. Absolutely 5/5.

Affordable fitness with 24 hour access. Variety of workout options and regularly adds more. Some of the equipment is a bit dated but still gets the job done. I recommend for those looking for affordable workout options with a very good variety of equipment.

Used the gym while in town temporarily. It has plenty of equipment, and the new addition is nice. Owner was very straight forward and gave a great temporary rate. Would definitely recommend.

Really nice gym. Good equipment nice variety of machines and an awesome ROGUE free weight section. If your visiting the area and looking for a gym or live near by you need to check out this gym.
