Dentist is amazing, the front desk lady wasn't mean or rude like everyone said she was actually very nice. Reason for 3 star review is because I seen them at 3pm yesterday needed a script sent in because of a tooth infection (I'm in so much pain) well they didn't send it in until 12:30 the next day ! CVS was actually calling me telling me they didn't send it in. They felt so bad for me and I can't take pain pills. I can't hear out if my ear have a fever and my whole face is swollen. I just don't get the system. And why I had to suffer. It's still not ready

The office staff is incompetent. When I called for an appointment, no return call for almost a month. Then, all of a sudden, they called and wanted me to come in the next day. Had a cleaning done. Lasted all of 10 minutes and done. It was more of a water pick procedure than an actually cleaning. I won't be back.

We had a terrible experience. I went there a few months ago and waited with my sister for probably a little less then 2 hours. Today I went there and our appointment was for 10:00. We got there at 9:40. I had to go out and put more money in the meter. The receptionists were also quite rude and unprofessional. The one woman came in a little after we got there saying how “she had a terrible day” and “no one better mess with her.” Then one of the other clients told the receptionist that my sister and I had been waiting for an hour and she said “they are here for a cleaning, that’s totally different” in such a sassy tone. Then after was talking badly about the girl and said “I’m not dealing with attitudes today” she cursed several times and even dropped the f bomb.... loudly. She was throwing

I have shown up twice so far where I had to wait at least two hours before being taken back. Both times, patients who came in after me were taken back before me. The unnecessary waits have caused me to miss classes I could have attended on campus. It would be a better experience if the staff would warn everyone of how long a wait is and not just certain people. Overall, I believe the office needs to get their stuff together and make it a better place.

Used this dentist for several years and finally over the treatment. When the place is functioning the way it should, treatment of adult dental patients is on par, not the best, but adequate. However, if you have a child that needs fillings or dental work, be aware that any nervousness or hesitation is pretty much going to be a problem. My kids are on the Autism Spectrum - one asked to be informed of what the dentist was doing as they were working i.e. 'Now I'm going to start cleaning your teeth with this tool' or 'Now I'll be giving you a small shot to numb the area's - the dentist refused, and asked us to leave to accommodate other patients when my child asked for time to calm down before trying again. My other child has trouble with the brightness of the overhead light - the dentist did
