It's been almost 20 years since I've had braces, so several months ago when a bracket on the permanent retainer for my lower teeth broke, I was concerned I wouldn't be able to have it fixed because I knew orthodontists didn't use them anymore. When I had my appointment yesterday they not only fixed it, but I was in and out of the office in 10 minutes! I was relieved not only to have it fixed but also because they were willing to fix it instead of encouraging me to have it taken off. The staff were friendly, the office was clean and decorated nicely, and their prices were affordable--all around a wonderful, professional experience.

So far I only had one interaction with the staff and Dr Ghosh and it was an extremely pleasant visit. The doctor and his staff were very friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions. The waiting room was quiet, clean, and tastefully decorated. I was totally satisfied with my consultation and look forward to starting my treatment plan with them soon.

My 9 year old had a great experience for his consultation with Dr. Ghosh. He felt that the doctor was kind. I thought the office was clean, staff was professional and the process was convenient.

He is very detail oriented and concerned for comfort during the necessary treatment. He and his team are always willing to discuss your concerns. They not only provide superior patient care, but will go over and above for their patients. My adult braces are off and I am very pleased with the results.
