All the Ladies were super friendly and helpful. All I needed was readers and the Dr didn’t try to sell me glasses for hundreds of dollars she simply told me to keep buying the OTC ones off amazon for a couple bucks. She could have sold me glasses and made money off me but she chose to a good person and fantastic Doctor. It’s refreshing to see that in today’s world. I would definitely tell anyone to ask for Dr McCall. I absolutely loved her!!!

Excellent place to have your eyes examined! Tina did my eye prelims, Dr. Connors did the exam. Natalie had me fit with new glasses in 5 minutes. Fast friendly service, had time to answer all my questions.

I went there for 2 reasons : 1 because my daughter was diagnosed with macular degeneration (the genetic form) and I wanted to see if I had it and gave it to her and 2 because I myself needed glasses and really couldn’t find and eye doctor The appt was so fast my daughter help me make it on a Thursday and my appointment was for the following Wednesday. The Doctor I seen was Dr. Macall she was wonderful told me everything I needed to know, the tech that did all the before work was so very nice ( unfortunately I didn’t get her name ) then I went to the young man who helped me pick out glasses and madd sure they were the right fit .then the girl at the desk she gave me appt for my son and husband in the same timely manner . I would highly recommend them !!!.Thank you Regina Blaukowitch

Got in on time, the wait wasn’t long, the staff did there jobs quickly and well, they communicated clearly and explained things adequately. They went out of their way to also line up the timing for when both my father’s exam and my own would finish, so neither of us would be stuck waiting on the other at any point. When a small, potential issue was found I was immediately sent back over to get some extra scans/pictures of my eyes taken to be certain it wasn’t anything to be concerned over and the reason for the possible concern was clearly explained before and after using the images to illustrate what was being talked about. Haven’t had any sort of medical or medical adjacent, even, professional actually do their job to that degree in… probably close to 2 decades.

My 5 year old failed her vision test and needed glasses. I am so happy I chose Pottsville Eye Specialists. The entire staff was amazing from the moment we checked in to the end where she got to pick her glasses. Everyone was great with my daughter, who was being very shy. Dr. McCall made sure I knew and understood what was going on with her eyes. When picking glasses the gentleman who helped us was very knowledgeable and super helpful with getting my daughter the blue glasses she wanted. So happy we found a great place for our eyes! 👀
