I am not one to leave a negative review and love the Pottsville office but just had the worst experience in the Allentown office. My appointment was with Megan Rebert for 10:30 and I called ahead to explain there were road closures on 78 and that I was 10 minutes away. Once I arrived in the front office at 10:42 the receptionist told me that in their policy you can’t be more than 10 minutes late. I stated that I just called ahead and explained the traffic situation and the person I spoke to said it would be fine. She knew I was traveling from Pottsville an hour away and she stated she would check with the Physician if she could just do a spot check with the two areas of concern as preventative measures incase they were cancerous instead of a full body check. That office, starting with the receptionist, first person of contact, was welcoming and cheerful. Looking up to greet my eyes, with a smile. Then assistant, not sure of her name either (I’ll pay more attention on my next visit) that walked me to the room, was kind, cheerful, upbeat and welcoming. When Krystal Kane came in, she was smiling and asking how I was doing. Her posture and stance was very open and welcoming as we discussed my situation and the outcome. The best doctor’s office I’ve been in in ages! Give that office 100%! They are great!!!!

Everyone is very welcoming. All of the staff members are extremely professional courteous friendly and knowledgeable. They really make you feel at ease during the entire examination process.

I have been going to this office for many years and I would not go anywhere else. I highly recommend this office for the compassion and the friendliness and knowledge of the entire staff. Patients are welcomed immediately and taken back without long waits. I typically see Dr Kane and Dr Levin and I’ve never been rushed through an appointment and feel that the care I am given is thorough and done with compassion. I highly recommend Advanced Derm.

Love this place! The girls at the front desk are so kind. They were very patient with figuring out my unusual insurance. Mrs. Kane is absolutely wonderful! Very kind. Very gentle with my daughter.
