Office manager Terry was rude. I called to refill my daughter's prescription as I have for years. I called at 9am and at 11:30 the pharmacy still hadn't received it. I called to follow up. She didn't ask my name or my daughter's and said refill requests take three days and doctors won't stop seeing patients to fill this request. Like my child isn't a patient. Very unpleasant interaction. Never experienced that before. If you won't auto tell her medicine at least notify patients of your new rules because she has never had to wait before. Not happy! We have lives and jobs and now she will go another day without her medicine because they have patients. Glad to know my child doesn't qualify as a patient or any kind of priority Terry!

Dr. Preston is our go to doctor for our little guy. He has been a pleasure. My son loves him and he has been apart of his growing life now for many years. I definitely recommend.

Very long review ahead - with details from over 7 years of being a mom to three patients. I absolutely love this office. Dr. Davis is the pediatrician for all three of our kids and he’s always empathetic, listens, and takes the time to answer questions or provide assurance. He’s taken the time to call me back with results and has called me to just check in after a visit to see how the kids are doing. One time days before the state Covid shutdown we had a sick visit and were supposed to go to the (now closed) Webster office. They called me and asked me to go to the Irondequoit office instead and Dr. Davis met me there on what was supposed to be a day off. We’ve also had experiences with Dr. Noel (early newborn visits when we couldn’t get in with Dr. Davis due to scheduling and sick visits)

So I wrote a review here before but I take that back!!! Do not take your kids here! My kids almost died on two separate occasions because the nurses think they know more than the doctors. They do not listen to the issues at hand and are always believing they know what’s best… they refuse to let you speak to the doctors directly if there is a concern and their solutions are always ‘let them sip on water’. The nurses are the worst and shame in the doctors for having the nurses take control of everything. If you want your kids to be safe and healthy then stay away from this office!!!
