Because I waited 45 minutes and am not in good health I was a little upset when I was called. That was completely rectified when I was called into have an x-ray by "Veronica," who was also training "Paula." Veronica was upbeat and apologized when I stated my disappointment in having to wait. Upon entering the exam room Veronica made me feel very comfortable and although she had the task of having to train Paula made me feel well taken care of. Dr. Pollick entered and joked and also made me feel like I was in good hands. The actual procedure went extremely well even though I opted for only a local anesthetic (Novocaine.) Dr. Pollick extracted my wisdom tooth last week and it was the smoothest, most comfortable dental experience of my life. I didn't experience any pain or discomfort during or after the procedure; to date I haven't had any soreness, swelling, bleeding, or other discomfort. Thank you Dr. Pollick and thank you to your great staff!

Their office called to cancel consultation appointment three times. I expressed concern about the continued delays stating my son's incoming wisdom teeth act up at times and don't want to run any risk of infection. Receptionist, Fran, was defensive, nasty and felt compelled to insult me by stating I am not a responsible parent - there are other practices to go to besides them if my son needed assistance. So I did just that.

I love Dr pollick. The office has always made accommodations for me. Have always had a good experience and I have been to that office 3 times. I choose to pay out of pocket rather then go to someone else. have a huge fear of dentist but I feel at ease with her. These bad reviews are extremely surprising

Horrible!! Worst experience in my life. Had my tooth ripped out without it being numbed. Yes I did get a shot but I told her I was not numb. She proceeded and I screamed, shook, whaled the whole time!!!
