PM Pediatric Urgent Care

We had such a wonderful experience at PM Pediatrics. From the moment we walked in, the entire team made us feel welcomed and at ease. The nurses were incredibly patient, gentle, and so kind with my child, taking the time to explain everything and make sure they felt comfortable. You can truly tell they love what they do. The doctors were just as attentive and compassionate. They listened carefully, answered all of our questions without rushing, and made sure we understood the next steps. The service was prompt, organized, and efficient, which is such a gift when you have a sick little one. We left feeling reassured, cared for, and so grateful for such a dedicated team. Highly recommend!

PM pediatrics could not have been more kind, compassionate, or supportive to us in our time of need. We needed to get immediate medical attention for our infant with a sudden onset of respiratory distress on a weekend night. We showed up shortly before their closing after speaking to the receptionist on the phone and they still agreed to see us even given the late hour. The nurse and the provider were both amazing. They provided us thorough and timely care, making sure we had everything we needed to safely take baby home and keep her well through the night. I will definitely be going back when needed and would highly recommend to anyone

This is the only place we'll take our kids for urgent care, because all the regular ones always say "we don't have anyone for pediatrics". The kids are very comfortable here- They love the animal decor, tv with kids appropriate content, and themed rooms. The nurses are great. The practitioners are thorough. It's worth the drive to skip the ER and head over here first.

Been here a few times over the last two years and each time the wait is minimal and the care and attention provided is far beyond what I would've seen at the ER in Morristown. Not sure which doctors we've seen over the years, all have been great, but this latest visit was particularly memorable. We had Dr. Pratt and she was incredible. I don't know that I've met a more approachable doctor. She was patient and warm enough that I felt confident to ask every question to ensure I felt good about the care plan and next steps. It's obvious that she loves what she does and it brought a joy to our otherwise gloomy sick day. Highly recommend.

Should be negative 5 stars if that was an option that’s what I would give this place. Assembly line healthcare, laughable business and customer experience. They went through the trouble of testing for COVID and flu for my son but neglected to ever call us to notify us he was positive. The when I called they said it was company policy to only notify for positive Strep. You’re only a number here they don’t care about patients at all just dollars and cents and their bottom line. Find another place.
