I’m honestly sick of this place shoving certain vaccinations down your throat and not taking no for an answer. They guilt you into saying yes to vaccinations even when you tell them you’d like to take the time to do more research on them. This is now the second time one of their doctors has tried making me feel like a bad mom for not getting a vaccine. (Keep in mind I do get them off of their required ones). If I tell you no thank you on a certain vaccine, just say “ok no problem” I dont need a 10 minute lecture on why YOU think they are safe for my child. I’m the parent, that’s my decision. Horrible practicing. I will be looking for a new pediatrician which sucks because I’ve been with them for 12 years now. Not anymore. Bye bye.

I’ve had a great experience with them and they came highly recommended by my OBGYN. They’re consistently available for medical advice over the phone and are always patient with my “new mom” questions over the past couple of years. They’re able to accommodate sick child visits and ive never had an issue where an appointment has been rescheduled on me.

If I could give them zero starts I would. I spent my entire young life at pvp with zero issues. It felt right to put my child there when he was born in 2019. To say I am completely unsatisfied by this practice is an understatement! Every single wellness visit since he was 10 months old has been cancelled and rescheduled and Sometimes more than once. Mostly due to cold symptoms. while I understand we’re living in covid times… it’s completely unacceptable! Imagine them cancelling these appointments you wait MONTHS for?! Now imagine the actual fight needed to get a damn sick visit!! I can go on and on about the gaslighting and absolute incompetence of this practice but I will stop here!!! There are a few absolutely wonderful doctors but the practice as a whole absolutely sucks!

I’m very surprised by the negative reviews. I transferred to PVP a few years ago from another office in Wilbraham . My son has Down Syndrome along with other issues and every doctor we have seen at PVP Enfield has been amazing! He loves going in even when he’s sick. Some may not agree with their way of practicing but I have always found that they are looking out for not only my sons safety but the other children coming into the practice. Rules are in place at ever facility for a reason. I have worked in medical offices before and yes, people have ruined things for others and the entire staff and some patients suffer when someone no shows for an appt. Not allowing double appts is allowing space for a sick patient that may avoid the hospital because they were able to see their pcp. Most of

This place is awful on making appointments. My children have been patients for a few years and when it's time to schedule their yearly physicals which I get bombarded with texts and email reminders, I call and they are "fully booked" for 3 months and I have to call back and try again. What happened to making your child's next appointment after the physical they just had, like most pediatricians?! Don't expect to being written a script for anything from this place either. I asked for a prescription for nausea for my son's 1st cruise and they said no, Dramamine. I asked for 1 mild sedative for his 1st plane ride and was told No, benadryl. He was so seasick the 1st 3 days and Dramamine was a joke. He was given a scopolamine patch and with in a few hours he was feeling great and guess what, he
