Physical Therapy Services of Mt Vernon

Worst therapy experience I have ever encountered. Two person operation. The Physical therapy assistant that works there, does not follow doctors orders, she is arrogant and rude and thinks she knows more than the doctors. After two sessions and not doing as she was instructed to do, my shoulder was retorn and my doctor even stopped my therapy at this facility and told me he did not want me to go back there! Sorry I jeopardized my health, and wasted my time and money here, only to be worse than when I went in!!

Simply stated, this places is ineffective and outrageously expensive. You would be much better off to go to a private practice. A half hour visit to this place with very basic stuff that hardly does anything costs ~ $350, whereas you would get much more benefits from an hour of private service at a fraction of the cost and you would not have to bother with insurance. I strongly recommend that you look for other alternatives. I think this is the worst option in the area. I do not want anyone else to repeat the same mistake I made.

I've had a great experience every time I've been to this location. The physical therapists are nice and extremely attentive to detail regarding your therapy. The receptionist is great to work with as well.
