The receptionist was friendly as well as professional. Dr Howe makes you feel welcome without pressuring you for an immediate decision. I'm satisfied with his skills and I like how he treats his staff. There have been places that I've never returned to due to how the staff was treated. He cares about his patients and staff. Hard to find good people now days. This office has it all!

I had a failed root canal that needed to be redone. The staff at Howe Dental provided a price quote for the procedure several weeks in advance, and I agreed to it. After completing the procedure, I was shocked to be billed twice the amount that had been originally quoted. This felt like an egregious case of bait-and-switch. To make matters worse, the staff threatened to withhold the completion of the bridge unless I paid the amount in full. After contacting my insurance company to investigate this billing issue, the office manager sheepishly admitted that they had “accidentally” double-charged me. I have no proof that this was deliberate, but I suspect that this is not the first time something like this has happened. I want to be clear that Dr. Trisha Mullins and her assistant, Daniel,

Very kind people to have in your mouth. Im very sensitive when it comes to teeth pain, and they have always been very gentle and caring about that aspect. Respectful, reasonable pricing, and very good at what they do. I had an issue where I needed 3 teeth capped. Of course I wanted to be special and have a long rail of gold over those teeth. They obliged my request and it came out beautifully.

My procedure for the dental implant post was fairly fast and I really didn’t experience any discomfort during any part of the procedure. Compared to 2 previous root canal’s that I had done in another state today’s procedure resulted in far less discomfort and pain. It has now been 8 hours since the procedure was completed and I am experiencing little to no pain. The doctor and the staff were great, very professional. Thanks to all!!

Was very disappointed to say the least. I had a tooth fall out of dentures, I glued it back in temporarily until I could get to dentist. I was seen by the dental personnel first and then dentist that took 10 minutes to tell me they would have to send to lab to fix denture. The cost would be $408 which had to be paid today. Without insurance I had to decline the repair as I’m retired. Then find out office visit was $118 for 10 Minutes of the dentist time. I will never return, I know costs have gone up but to charge a senior $118 for an office visit for me was ridiculous!
