Family urgent care

I put this as a five star only so people can see my review. This place deserves zero stars, this place was good with the last workers, but it turned horrible! They don't act like they care about our medical reasons. Firstly, they have phone calls on speaker so everyone in the waiting room could hear someone else's private business. Secondly, they have pets in a human medical facility where sick people go, I walked in and a lady told me to "move" because there was poop everywhere. Thirdly, they didn't do their jobs right when we went in the first time, so when we went in the second time, the lady with the white hair had a nerve to ask questions about my parenting skills right in front of me. I am NEVER coming back here until they change their attitudes or the people period. 👎😤

I do have to mention this...as a lifelong medical worker and retired RN... I was in the lobby with 2 other parties. The front desk attenda t asked all 3 of us what we were wanting to be seen for, from her desk. There was a kid there with his dad for ringworm, and a young man with aching, cough, fever, malaise for 2 weeks. Very much a privacy/ HIPPA violation!

This is seriously the best urgent care ever! Never busy so you can get right in and the staff i cannot say enough good things about! 100/10!

Came in as a walk in for DOT physical and they got me in promptly. Wonderful nurse at the desk and the doctor was friendly and answered all the questions I had. I will definitely be back again!

The staff at this location are very professional. They are caring, kind, courteous, always helpful in rendering aid. They listen to their patients claims and concerns, always trying to help us be the best we can be. Thankful to have this crew in town, without their help, I'd still be lost in my medical issues.
