Mount Vernon Health and Rehabilitation Center

My grandpa stayed here for a little bit, and he was bed ridden. However MVHR did amazing for what it was, and they kept him in great spirits!! I would most definitely recommend this facility, if you want you, and yours to feel like family!! Way to go MVHR!!!!! Shawn in therapy is absolutely amazing, and will do whatever she can to accommodate anyone. Trisha, the admissions director is absolutely fantastic to work with, and will work with anyone, while having amazing spirits. The housekeeping staff, ALWAYS has it smelling clean. The kitchen staff will make whatever your loved one wants off the menu, if they don’t like what they are served… I just can’t explain how amazing this place is, or give it enough kudos!!! ❤️

A small but powerful group of people who generally care and respect the residents and their families. Wonderful place!!!!

Great Staff and Atmosphere. Here you know your mother or father are getting much more individual attention than those bigger buildings. The nursing home building only holds 20 patients at a time, and the assisted living houses hold 11 residents. Highly recommend.
