I have been seeing Valisha for about 2 yrs now. She has helped me through many phases of life: healthy and needing to relax and in times of severe pain. She has masterful knowledge of human anatomy and actually listens to you!! She strategically massages out aches and pain in the areas you tell her to work on and knows exactly what to do get the knots out and relieve the pain. She is incredibly patient and always willing to customize each and every visit. I highly recommend her!

Valisha does an amazing job! I highly recommend her whether you want a relaxing massage or if you have pain. She is very knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to make sure you feel better before you leave. The environment is warm, friendly and relaxing.

If you want to do something good for yourself, take some time and schedule a few appts with Valisha! I always feel refreshed after and I think the work lasts longer due to her technique.
