I've been here a few times for glasses and prescriptions. I've had a positive experience most times. Out of maybe 6 visits I've had only one questionable experience.

You need to extend your hours to at least 6 pm. You service a huge area and the only people that can come before 5 pm are elderly. Anyone with a job cannot use this facility and they do not stay open a second after closing (because that would simply be too much to ask for). I am not taking off work to pick up medication and no one else should have to.You need to do better and either hire more people or whatever you need to do to extend your hours. You also need to be open at least one weekend day if your hours are so limited.

I miss having Kaiser. Dr. Stevens was my primary care doctor for 12 years and always helpful and respectful. I was treated with respect and people seemed to care. I never had issues with booking appointments or getting lab work. Lab work was in an out in about 30 minutes. Now, I have PPO with BlueCross/Blue Shield and searching to find a new Primary care doc is soo much work. Reading reviews makes me miss how well I had it here.

This pharmacy is the worst. The staff is really rude and uncaring. Jessica reassured me over and over that she would call me the following Monday about my sons out stock prescription, but of course she never did. This is what they always do, they never follow up and when you call them on it, they get an attitude. This pharmacy has been this way for years. I hope one day it changes management or SOMETHING. Because it’s the closest one to me. Right now I drive 20 mins out of my way to avoid this pharmacy.
