Mint Optometry La Palma

This used to Lucid Optics, in 2022 I got my prescription glasses and prescription sunglasses. The service back then was wonderful. The person spent time helping me choose the frame. Now this is called Mint Optometry, Dr Paul Kim is amazing. They do not have a good selection of frames to choose from and the front office staff are not equipped with enough knowledge on the frames. They don't know the material of frames etc. To top it all the front office staff's attitude is terrible, I have spent close to $400 out of pocket for the eye exam, lenses and frames got zero service during the frame selection and subsequent exchange because the frame I initially got ended up being too heavy. Super friendly and professional service :) The eye exam was very detailed, and the office is clean and stylish. And so many options for glasses and contacts as well! Highly recommend 👍

Just had my first visit at Mint Optometry and honestly, it couldn’t have gone better. Dr. Paul Kim was super friendly and took the time to explain everything clearly. The staff was just as kind and helpful, and the whole vibe of the place was really chill and clean. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Definitely recommend!
