Her doctor is Dr Winston Wong who always has plenty of time to ask how she’s doing. He is has a bunch of staff that work for him to manage whatever care that has to be done to my mother in law. He corrected all the medication she was taking using alternative medication that was perfectly suited for her. She was overweight and had several issues like severe asthma, heart condition and was very weak. With Dr. Wong’s intervention she lost weight, lowered her blood pressure and A1C. My mom has been coming here with Dr. Tan for years. Rather than calling her to come in to review her results with her face to face. He let her receive those results via mail while she was at home alone. Nobody should find such news in that way. He didn't seem to care when she told him how that made her feel. My sister went to complain and I made sure to let it be known when I asked for a referral to UCI. The brightside of all of this was it forced us to change Dr's and my mom is now in great hands at UCI.

All staff so friendly, comforting, and caring. For being a doctor’s office, I am never nervous going there, I know they are going to take good care of me. The interior colors of the office, the paintings on the walls in all rooms, and the videos playing in the waiting room, are so warm, refreshing and welcoming. The way I’m describing them, you would think we were family, not, but they make you feel like family. Enroll in their pre-diabetes/ diabetes/ healthy living program, it is so great!! Stay well.

It was a wonderful experience, the newly remodeled hospital is beautiful. They also have been reaching out to the family’s and with the help of drug councilor’s community. They are educating the community about the dangers of fentanyl addiction.
