Let me begin by saying I am not a big fan of, and have had very bad experiences with, dentist in the past. My family and I have attended this dental office for many many years. The staff has always been very pleasant and kind. However my visit today was probably one of the best visits I've had in my 34 years living! :) The dental hygienist Lan was amazing. She turned a not so great experience into a much more enjoyable one. She is very through, gentle and seems genuinely concerned about her patients and their needs. Thank you La Palma Dental, she is a great addition to your team! Satisfied patient

Went to the facility and is clean and the people friendly. When I got there told them I had insurance and need a cap on one of my molars plus cleaning the doctor suggested to do the cleaning then the cap which I was OK till they explain that the cleaning had used most of my insurance coverage and that the difference was $ 852.00 extra. I thought a doctor/dentist oath is to take care of the patient primary needs and not the way to make more money faster obviously by their actions the cleaning was the quick fix for fast cash ($725.00 for cleaning) and the patient needs last. Their prices are way out of wack. Got the crown at another dentist for $ 425.00

Dr. Pham is the absolute best dentist! I've been to a few dentist and in comparison I appreciate her medical knowledge and gentle touch. After each cleaning I feel relaxed versus tense like other experiences. I wouldn't see another dentist in a million years.

She's never there. Always on vacation. The office is not even a mile from where I live. I even call in. And times don't match that are posted on the door. Now I have an abcessed tooth that I have to have cut open on my jaw next to the tooth because this woman never shows up. She should lose her license.
