I had a great experience with Dr Tu. I never felt rushed and she patiently listened to all my concerns while making sure I received a thorough eye exam. I truly appreciated the care and attention she gave me.

I had a good experience at this doctor's office. The front desk staff and nurses are friendly and welcoming. The doctor took time to listen and explained questions and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit.

They’re so nice here! They got me in right away when I had an abrasion to my cornea. The eye drop medication my eye doctor prescribed to me worked quickly, I had follow up appointment this morning (10/2/25) and I’m so happy they were responsive, kind and willing to help me, and as quickly as they did. Thank you! My eye feels and looks so much better and healthier! 10/10 recommend! They’re wonderful and you’ll be happy with everyone there, it’s a great, happy and helpful energy in there, as well. Pick them for your next eye doctor and office!

Took my mom to get some measurements. When we arrived for her 4pm appt (after them rescheduling her appointment a week later) they informed us that they were behind 1 hour! There were 2 other patients waiting ahead of us whom also had to wait 1 hour. This was a real inconvenience. The only reason I gave them a 4 was because their staff were friendly, and were trying to go as quickly as possible. Maybe try to get an early appointment so you don’t have to wait so long.

⸻ As a first-time patient, I had a very frustrating experience trying to schedule an appointment with Acuity Eye Group. I made multiple attempts to call, but the representatives seemed confused and were unable to clearly verify whether authorization was required. I was given different answers each time I spoke with someone, which made the process extremely difficult and unclear. Additionally, there were instances where calls were disconnected or ended without resolution, which only added to the frustration. As a new patient, I expected better communication and support when trying to establish care. I hope they improve their front office coordination and communication so patients can schedule appointments without unnecessary delays or confusion.
