They rarely ever pick up their phone. I had to call multiple times, different times during the day, over several days to reach them. Update: after I called and was able to clear up the confusion on my prescription, the app shows that my order is ready, but when I came to pick up, they said they’d need to order it and I’d need to come back another day! Like what’s the point of having the app and sending me reminder to pick up my meds every day just to tell me that my order isn’t even filled yet???

Terrible customer service, they give me wrong medication for my baby!!!! And I come back and I wait another 20min . I waited total 2 hours

I was there today mid afternoon to pick up some prep for the dread colonoscopy. There was no parking but I found a space across the street quickly. There was no line for the pharmacy, my name was up on the screen (yay! calling ahead helped) and the only delay was waiting for the pharmacist for the consult. But all the staff was friendly and efficient. Most amazingly the pharmacist had already seen what meds I was on even though I seemed to be on a fast track from entering, gettng up to the window, paying for the meds and waiting for him to finish with someone else. A rare and wonderful pharmacy experience.

I can walk to this Kaiser from my home. Any appointment I've had has been easy peasy. No long waits and the doctors have been great. Pharmacy is easy as well. I spend a total of 10-15 mins there each time.

Whenever I order a prescription online for pickup here, none of the notifications go out and it does the seem to enter the system at all… so it seems that they don’t start filling the prescription until I arrive, adding to my wait.
