PET/CT Imaging of Berkeley

I had such a wonderful experience getting a CT scan at PET/CT Imaging that I came here to write a review of my own accord (i.e. they didn't ask me to do this). The lovely Jay and Jasmine were very communicative and made the scheduling and insurance approval process smooth and pleasant. The office is clean and organized and they had my paperwork waiting for me. The scan was easy and quick and the technician kept me informed throughout and checked in regularly with me. I wish all healthcare offices and experiences were more like this and will definitely be coming here for any future imaging needs!

This place is terrific - professional, clean, and very friendly staff and doctors. Jasmin was welcoming when I entered, Mindy was equally warm as she helped me with the CT scan, and Dr. Wong was terrific monitoring my procedure and also letting me know his preliminary thoughts. Shout out to Dr. Dovichi also for making this recommendation as I was able to get an appointment the next day despite many other places booking out 3 to 4 weeks.

No response to emails no response to voice mails on new patient intake inquiry. Are they taking patients seriously?

The gentleman who preformed the scan was kind and patient with my father. The Young lady at the front desk was pleasant and sweet. I would recommend this place for scans.

Wow! Professionals. In every aspect. I brought my mother here and they treated her with such care and respect. As well as everyone else who walked through their doors.
