Penn Highlands Community Medical Building - Punxsutawney

You call them they say yes your prescription is ready . You ask about a prescription for family member. They say hr it will be ready. You go they have family members but not yours. Then they protect their self. And say I never called them. Alot of people went through the same thing. I'm switching to Walmart. When you say that to them. They don't even care. Place is a joke

This review is for the only good this in this entire building, the pharmacy. All other offices in this building can kiss my rear because they are awful. Fabulous pharmacy! I was using the medicine shoppe and got used to the small business family feel and special treatment so when it abruptly closed I was understandably devastated. All was right with the world again when I found this pharmacy. They are fast and kind and really make you feel welcomed. They will even whip up your prescription in minutes while you wait if they can just like the other pharmacy used to do. Oh and if they see that you have kids in the car, they will always toss enough little lollipops into the bag with your meds for them. I love this pharmacy. Definitely recommend.

went there today today for my medication and to get a bite checked out the lady that checked me out was a super nice and kind a person overall good place to go (q care Area)

I went through the Q care area. They where very kind and understanding. I informed them of my disabilities and they treated me appropriately. All and all they had me in and out fairly quickly and diagnosed the problem easily. The receptionist was also very kind and helpful.

Absolutely pathetic. Every single person in that place has a attitude. They never even told me that I needed a prior authorization for my medicine. Bunch of amateurs. Will be switching to Walmart immediately.
