While I hold Doctor Johnson and his dental assistants in very high regard, I must say that his front desk staff and billing department leave much to be desired. In trying to find out if my insurance would be accepted in order to pay for a procedure, I have left three telephone messages, which were never returned. I had to cancel a procedure because they did not answer my left messages. unable to
I would highly recommend them. Staff is very nice and the dentist is also. I have huge anxiety when it comes to dentists but don't feel that way when here.
