Mahoning Riverside Manor

I visited Mahoning Personal Care last month and am distressed to learn that the care and activities at this home have gone from great to TERRIBLE in the last year(s). There is not adequate healthy food, not even adequate unhealthy food, NO activities, and staff are spread thin between two buildings. The residents' concerns have fallen on deaf ears. Yet the price is HIGH. The building and rooms look good, but that's very deceiving. (Note that the two testimonials listed on the home page are not recent.)
