Finding Dr. Walker was like finding a needle in a haystack! I have had a lot of trauma in regards to the dentist, and Dr. Walker is the first doctor I've ever found who has been able to ease my mind! Dr. Walker is a fantastic dentist, he is incredibly kind, patient, and always takes his time for a careful color match. He also is not afraid to admit whenever there is something that he isn't comfortable working on, and is happy to send a referral for a tooth to get pulled with another doctor, such as Rice. I have a lot of specific health needs due to chronic illnesses, and their office is always incredibly patient, accommodating! I couldn't recommend them enough. When it was Gigliotti & Walker (fast forward to now - Walker & Walker), seemed like a much better office. However, this establishment seems to have really gone downhill in care. I had a hygienic cleaning here a week ago and it was very brief, not very thorough, and I was told I had no issues or cavities even after X-Rays. Yesterday, another filling (seems common for some reason here) falls out, and I found out the tooth is basically dead in my mouth, according to another dentist. I saw the X-Ray with my own eyes and agree completely with him. And, he found (3) cavities needing addressed. If you have an emergency such as a lost filling or broken tooth forget this office you will be waiting months for an appointment. I gave such a low rating because I consider painful emergencies more important than tooth cleaning. IF you already have a regular deal with them then a short wait after appointment time, good scheduling. Courteous service and good treatment. Of course the months long wait could just mean they are very good and very busy but I expect medical people to have some arrangement to treat emergencies.

I'm new to the area and needed a new dentist. I am SO happy I chose Dr. Walker and the team at Giglotti & Walker! The staff is friendly, the care is top notch, and Dr. Walker clearly cares about his patients and demonstrates professionalism. I recommend G&W highly if you're looking for dental care in the Punxsy area.
