I waited 40 minutes to talk to someone and I ask her to wait not even 3 minutes so I can call the doctor back in the room, and she hangs up. As I'm at the lab waiting for a referral to be sent over.

This office, Dr. Primo and her staff listened to every minute of concerns for my son who is a premie with reflux issues. She explained a plan for a medicine schedule in accordance with thickening formula. Early on I struggled not seeing results immediately but was encouraged to give it time, yet empowered to make changes if I thought it was warranted. Dr Kouassi and her staff have been kind, caring and wonderful to work with during every interaction with our teenage daughter. Dr Kouassi takes the time to make sure everything is explained clearly and that all questions are answered during each visit - highly recommend!

Dr. Meghan Brunswick was condescending, rude, and insensitive. Our 3mo baby is suffering from reflux to the point he was refusing to eat, or had great difficulty doing so. He couldn’t sleep unless held upright, and even then in short bursts, we couldn’t set him down even for diaper changes he was crying in pain all day. Forget tummy or play time. We made the difficult decision to medicate him through his pediatrician while we waited to be seen by this GI specialist. Had a telemed visit for my 6 month old son. Doctor was good although in the after notes he had incorrect information so I wonder if he heard me wrong BUT I am not willing to call back seeing as how one five minute virtual appointment was $615!!!! How on Earth is that an okay amount to charge for 5 minute video chat. I don't usually complain about med bills they're a necessary evil but, my goodness.
