I am a right legged amputee, using a wheelchair, and living alone. I have been a customer of Pecan Drugs for 5+ years, filling 10+ monthly prescriptions here. I am without transportation this Saturday so I requested delivery. This is an advertised service. I was told that there are "no deliveries on Saturdays". I explained why I was requesting delivery. I was told "no". I then asked the employee (no names, since I was put on hold and suspect my need was discussed with other employees) "the favor" of my medications being delivered on Saturday. I was told "no, it can be delivered Monday." Due to the nature of the prescription, I have a specific day the medication can be picked up. If I lapse on the drugs, I have a physical reaction. At this point, I was shocked and desperate. I requested so
