If you’re needing to purchase hearing aids, Sound Works is the place to go. Glenn York is the only person to help you. He is so informed and knowledgeable about Hearing devices. He’s the one to go to. This is my second Set of hearing aids from Sound Works the first set lasted eight years. I could not be happier with everything that has to do with Sound Works from starting at the front desk with Sheri she can solve any problem to Glenn York. He will test your hearing and do anything to make you happy and he has the kindest soul. I don’t think I’ve ever met anyone so kind and wants to help you and make you feel comfortable with what you’re wearing and wants you to be happy with what you have and that you feel comfortable wearing your hearing aids and that you hear well he sincerely cares, w
Every visit and interaction with Glenn York and his lovely receptionist has been wonderful. I can’t say enough about the professionalism and helpful advice my husband and I always receive. I would say look no further for your hearing needs.
When I was looking for a doctor for my hearing loss, I shopped around and found what I now know, is one of the best in Granbury. Dr. Glenn York was very clear and explanatory to what I needed. I found the office to be nothing but professional. This Office will not sell you something you do not need. I highly recommend Sound Works if you’re looking for a place that is friendly, professional, and sufficient.
The hearing testing was good. I had HR confirm my benefits with the insurance company and everything as far as cost was gonna be covered at 100% with no limit. The office staff insisted it’s not and that I had a limit. My own insurance company said that they had not heard from any hearing provider to check my coverage. So I’m not the least bit happy with the information I’m getting from sound works. I went to the same exact issue last year when I tried to get hearing aids, time to find someplace else.
Glenn and staff are caring, wonderful people. I’ve received my last two hearing aids through Soundworks in Granbury and plan to continue to do so.
