Little Lakeside Smiles

I took both my boys (8 years old and 1 year old ) today for new patient visits and every staff member was friendly, welcoming and very knowledgeable. I see why the wait list for an appointment was so booked to get in. But definitely worth the wait. I am looking forward to continuing my child's care at little lakeside smiles. They took the stress out of the visit from the moment you walk in the door, with the little play area in the waiting room for the littles , to the infant exam room with seating and toys , to the tv on the ceiling during exams with a movie selection to choose from, the prize selection at the end of the visit , one nurse even made a balloon sword for my oldest son. The place was very clean and organized. I can not recommend them enough. 💕

We have had a great experience each time we've taken our 2-year-old daughter here. Everyone is so warm and welcoming and makes her feel comfortable. Our daughter was anxious about her last appointment but was completely fine during the exam thanks to the staff's friendliness. She loves getting a little rubber ducky after each visit :)

Just left from my kids dental visit. So fast and efficient. The quality care at Little Lakeside Smiles is unmatched. From checking in at the front with friendly faces and kind professionals to the back of the house where they take the time to connect and relate with my kids to make the experience more friendly. Our family loves Dr. Tello and her team. I wouldn't trust anyone else to work on my babies teeth!

This place is great! So thankful that they are understanding when it comes to financial burdens. Dr. Tello really listens to my concerns and tries her best to accommodate the things that are important to my family. It was difficult to get into them at first but was well worth the wait! The staff is always so friendly my kids love this place! Wouldn't go to any other pediatric dentist in town! Hands down the best!

The front office at Little Lakeside Smiles is unbelievably rude and unprofessional. They kept insisting I owed my son’s annual deductible every visit, even after I showed them it was already paid. Then they called demanding another $25, even though I told them I wasn’t paying anything until I confirmed with insurance because they were clearly double-charging me. Kenzie then threatened to cancel my other child’s appointment if I didn’t pay the $25 on the spot. Absolutely unacceptable behavior. The dentist may be pleasant at first, but the minute you question her treatment plan, the attitude changes fast. She insisted it was “required” for my daughter to have nitrous oxide (laughing gas) for a small filling, even though she was already planning to numb her with a shot. My daughter didn’t wan
