Darci was hands down one of the best assistants/hygienist we’ve encountered. Very knowledgeable, made us feel like part of the Epic family as soon as we walked back. Dr Hall was also amazing! Someone joined the brace face club today!! Thank you so much Epic Orthodontics and Dr. Hall for taking such great care of our boy!! The way Dr. Hall and Dakota were so patient and caring during the whole visit was amazing. The way Dakota explains every step put Rhylen at ease and the way Dr. Hall joked around with Rhylen but was also so professional at the same time was something most people can’t balance. He made sure Rhylen understood what would happen and how it might feel. The whole experience from the first call to making the appointment, to new patient exam with Darci and now to braces on the teeth has been so easy and everyone in the office made the process flawless. All the staff are very sweet and extremely thorough. My son got his braces on yesterday and he got a tshirt, cup, and all the care products he needs. They talked to him throughout the process, made sure he was good, and gave him a break when needed.

Great experience. Staff and Dr Hall take time to answer all questions. They make the process as easy as possible for my child whose in braces. This is my third child to see Dr Hall and none have them have ever complained about going to the office.
