Doctor Hess always takes time to listen and understand the symptoms and circumstances of each patient (he sees our whole family). He also makes sure that the patient understands the treatment, feels comfortable with it and is willing to explore alternatives when needed. He reminds me of the way Doctors used to make patients feel many, many years ago. When we visit him we feel like we’re just stopping by to catch up with a friend.

I just love Dr. Hess! He is caring, kind and doesn't rush through appointments. He doesn't try to push medications on me and is willing to listen to my concerns to find the best solutions. I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking a new doctor. Cori his receptionist is also very helpful and friendly!
