My husband I were just (5/2025) billed for services that were rendered over a year ago. I do not dispute the charge, but it is too late to be considered in our out of pocket expenses for 2024, thus denying, for my husband, timely fully covered care because the copay was not included in his annual minimum after which all services are covered. Insurance company offered to give us a list of more reliable labs, but sadly, the dermatologist decides. I doubt complaining to them will have any effect. Had a similar problem with the same lab several years ago -not only with billing but with reporting results of a critical medical test to my provider. What's the deal with this place...

Nobody has a control over where the tissue is sent for pathology testing. If we did, who would select Pathology Solutions, LLC, I wonder? After my husband's biopsy on July 2nd, we have been receiving bills, because "BCBS NJ had denied the claim, as the patient could not be identified." Do you remember an episode of Friends, where Chandler and Joey got robbed and Ross asked them if they called the insurance company? Chandler said they had called the insurance. Ross then asked what the company said. Chandler: They said "Stop calling us. You do not have a poliucy here." That's us here! How would the patient be identified if we have nothing to do with BCBS NJ?! I have provided the correct insurance online, over the phone (twice, because "We always send claims to BCBS NJ"), via mail and via C

My doctor use Pathology Solutions LLC after my procedure last year. I did not know. They send me a bill. I call them to clarify, they never answer or get back to me. I call my insurance to clarify the portion that I had to pay. I had to pay a 6 US$ bill, and I was waiting for the bill. Instead Pathology solutions LLC send it to a collection agent and ruin my credit, please do not use them.

This lab is a joke. They send people's samples without checking the network statue, then they send you the bill to your home and say your claim was not covered. Go somewhere else, they are a joke.
