Park Ridge Apothecary

Park Ridge Apothecary is definitely the best pharmacy as far as I'm concerned. I've been using this pharmacy for years and the pharmacists and technicians here are fantastic! Knowledgeable, caring and will go out of their way to help resolve any issues that may arise with your prescriptions, insurance companies or doctors. Never a long wait.... I've waited 15 minutes once or twice in several years and out of a medication. Courteous, fast and friendly! Great pharmacy with close parking!! ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐

HORRIBLE!!!! if you call and can’t get through many times it tells you to call again later or they put you on hold for over 20 min. Also don’t request a transfer of medications to this pharmacy from another they will forget to fill it. When call and ask if I can pick up my Rx they refuse to let me know when and how I can how if it will be ready. REALLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND POOR.

I would have given it a 5 star rating but I feel that they need to put signage on the building and in the parking area to direct people to the Apothecary. We drove right by it and then asked the security patrol where it was. We ended being right in front of it when we asked him.

This pharmacy sticks out in my mind because the people that work there are so attentive. The pharmacist is always there to assist me with any questions and if I come in early they always push my script through quickly so I don't have to wait long. This pharmacy is different from the others because of that personalized service that you just can't get at some other places and I can tell that they actually really care.

Alot of times when I say what pharmacy I go to people say, "Wait, Brendan, you don't go to Wegmans?!" No. I dont. I go to the Park Ridge Apothecary. They are the most non-judgemental and greatest group of individuals I have ever dealt with when going to a pharmacy. They are very knowledgeable on at least every question I've ever asked. Also don't make me feel like any question is dumb. Its a nice feeling to walk into a place where they know who you are & I dont think I've ever left without smiling.
