Palmetto Pediatrics of the Lowcountry

We love Palmetto Pediatrics! Dr. Anderson has been my son’s pediatrician for eight years and still remembers him from when he was an infant. He truly cares and always provides my son with the best possible care and treatment options.

Took my newborn here and have loved the doctors I’ve seen so far. They paid great attention to all our concerns and met expectations! Only reason I deducted a star is because the lady who checked us out at the end didn’t have great manners- no eye contact or smile or greeting. That stuff is vital!

We LOVE Dr Anderson. From the second we met him during our second newborn visit to our appointment yesterday, he is always so wonderful. I’ll never forget how important he made me feel when he looked me right in the eyes and asked how I was doing when my daughter was a newborn. He really cares about all of us and it’s obvious. His relaxed demeanor and the way he explains things also really puts my mind at ease. The front desk staff has been very hit or miss. The woman that scheduled our next appointment yesterday was downright rude and I’ve had several poor interactions over the phone. The care we receive from the doctors outshines the desk staff but I strongly believe the desk staff needs to work on how they talk to patients.

We love it here. The entire staff is so kind and you can tell the doctors enjoy working with kids. We have always been able to get an appointment for sick visits (which seem to be often since our older one started preschool). We regularly see Dr. Albert for our well visits and my daughters love her. She takes her time and really cares about any concerns we bring up. I have never felt rushed or unheard as we have previously at other pediatricians. So glad we found this office.

Been going here 20+ years with no complaints. Great office. But today trying to make an appointment, the receptionist was very abrupt, talking over me and just rude. I gave the office a 5 star because it’s deserving. Not to let one bad employee, put the office any less. I see I’m not the only one that has had this experience hopefully they will rectify that for the future.
