I have been suffering with severe leg pain, breathing issues & pain throughout my body. I have seen 3 doctors in 5 years, Dr. Roberts being the third. My doctors would always comment that my white blood cell count was elevated. But never acted on it. When I saw Dr. Roberts she also commented on the fact that my white blood cell count was elevated. I explained to her that it had been like this for quite sometime and that the other doctors had commented on the same thing but never acted on it. She referred me to a hematologist that has now diagnosed me with Polycythemia Vera which is a blood cancer. I now have a treatment plan. Dr. Roberts was sympathetic and apologized for the fact that I had suffered and hurt as long as I had. It took me going through 3 doctors and 5 years of pain before D

Dr. Roberts is very compassionate and a good listener. Just saw the Nurse Practitioner Karen and felt very comfortable with her. She was thorough and professional. Nurse Sarah and Debbie the practice manager helped immensely with an injection that I received. Top notch caring.

After Karen Morgan, NP went on a medical leave of absence, this office went down hill fast. April Hudson, LPN will not refill my diabetes medication, adding I have to see another Doctor for any further refills. Try finding another Dr, with nothing available until Nov. Avoid this office, do not go here, EVER.

I am a very fit and active woman. I switched to Dr Donna Roberts because she treats me sympathetically and empathetically. She always gives the appearance of interest in my problems and offers alternative methods for treating a problem where available. She is conscientious and dedicated to her patients and you are never made to feel as if you were intruding one her time.

I found Donna Roberts, MD to be supportive of my concerns, informed and an intelligent guiding light. You will be very satisfied with your Trust in her knowledge and bedside manor.
