I would give 6 stars if I could! Office staff was friendly and helpful, and clearly enjoyed working there - which is always a good sign. Medical staff was friendly and professional. Physical exam was thorough and the plan of care was explained with plenty of time for questions. I appreciated the ability to walk in and be seen/x-rayed without having to sit in a regular urgent care/emergency room during flu season. I would prefer not to use them again, because I’d prefer not to have a need for ortho services, but would highly recommend for anyone in need of orthopedic care!

Top notch experience from the initial phone call to inquire about services to check out. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Minimal wait time, straight back for X-rays, and seen by PA within 20 minutes. Her care was thorough, detailed and professional. I was very pleased with the care plan options given and the entire experience.

I bought a lunch sandwich at the bagel place in the same plaza expecting a wait, when I arrived I was quickly entered into their system, reviewed recent tests that I shared and finished my lunch. I selected the treatment plan after given options and was out much quicker than I expected. I never knew there was Urgent Care Orthopedics, I will certainly choose this than the emergency clinic up the street!

Average ortho office. Paul the PA was good. Another front desk that seems to not regard customer service. I have good insurance and still paid $150. Got X-rays and a splint. Talking about other patients, eating behind check in, general apathy, etc. Vwry nice though when it was time to run my Amex

I researched possible doctors in our area to check on my knee as I had been having pain and lack of motion in my knee joint. I recieved great care, X-rays and consult with Dr there. They are a walk in facility so great for your emergency needs! I’ve started on cortisone shots for pain and arthritis in my knee but was given layers of options to follow up with if the shots not enough. Great to have answers and relief so fast, locally serviced at Okatie riverwalk orthopedic urgent care. Would recommend to anyone with orthopedic pain/ injuries!
