I am writing with a heavy heart and deep disappointment after my recent interactions with your office while trying to schedule an appointment for my six-year-old son, who is experiencing dental pain. When I first called, I provided a brief description of my son so the office could determine whether they were able to help him. His disability should never determine whether he is worthy of care. I work in healthcare myself, and I have never once been allowed, or felt it was acceptable, to refuse care to a patient simply because of a disability.
