I ordered 6 mirror handles with a ruler for measurements from them in May 2019 and didn't receive them until July 30, 2019 AND once I did receive them, they were the wrong mirror handle. They initially never came and after 6 weeks of waiting I called and they told me they did send them, how come I never got them? They tried to ship them to me one more time and again I did not receive them. I called again and this time they told me they would ship them UPS so I could have a tracking number. So when I got the package and opened them to find out they were the wrong item, I was upset to say the least. Ordered trays from them, but the trays were the wrong ones I needed so I sent them back and requested a refund. Waited a week, didn't hear anything so I called to check the status of my refund and they said my refund was mailed out (by check instead of refunding my credit card). 2 weeks later I still did not receive anything in the mail so I called back and was assured that the check was sent and that we should be getting it. Waited another 2 weeks and spoke to a lady at customer service and she said that the refund was not even processed and she had no record of a check being sent over but did have the trays I sent back and my request for a refund. Bad experience..Owner took 6 pairs of shears to sharpen that were previously purchased from him. Owner stated he would send the shears .I asked to provide a tracking # which he could not provide. A week later he states the package was lost. O wow! I guess I suppose to have believed that..Ok I sucked it up and he proceeded to tell me he would ship me 6 new pairs of shears. .Again, couldn't provide a tracking # or nothing..Called for the last 2 weeks no answer so I take it as they recognize my # and won't answer .But that's okay my attorney is involved..Will not purchase ever again or refer anyone to this unprofessional place.
