Walgreens Pharmacy

More customer service & professional manerism training needed in the pharmacy & vaccine department. One will wait endlessly, & no one is responsible for checking back, once UR asked to sit. Calling to checkin for RX is tiresome as no one really knows if RX is ready. Training!!

PHARMACY DEPARTMENT On 9/18/25, around 5:45-6:20 p.m., the lady pharmacist had no patience at all; she was saying that the medication (a common medication covered by most insurances) was not being covered by our insurance. Of course, I insisted on her checking again because I have never had any problems with RITE AID PHARMACY (I'm just sad the store near our place closed). She did check but took her time to find out it was being covered; however, I felt like it was a punishment because she let us wait for an hour. After an hour, I came back to pick it up, and yes, she was still the same lady, with the same attitude—no patience and no compassion. I just wish she could at least be patient and more compassionate to customers.

Horrible customer service, always understocked, crowded. Staff more people and keep half the store behind locks or accept the breakage. How is this store 2 min from me and going to CVS 15 min away is faster?

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE from the pharmacy and also the check people in the front. All of the women are miserable and give you an attitude for every little transaction you want to do like they’re not there to service YOU. Very disgusting this is my local Walgreens and I dread having to go there.

Pharmacist does not make eye contact. Basically Doesn’t care if you don’t have a medication for your sick father. When you call in the phone they are rude and unprofessional. When you go into store it’s the same. They do not have 5 mins to help you. While they all sit on stools on their phone.
