Very friendly atmosphere, wait time can be very long, but staff are very courteous

I have been with this doctor for years, he a good and thorough, however the staff is horrible, when it comes time for a referral it’s so hectic. as. a patient when you call them all you get is an answering machine, when they return the call it’s at their convenience, patient call when they have the time to communicate, the office returns the call when it’s convenient for them, referrals are 2 weeks as stated, no other doctor’s office requires 2 weeks for a referral especially when something serious needs attention.

I was going there for a long time, as I felt, I didn't want to go to another doctor. I never was happy going there. When you go for blood work, you always have to go back for a follow up appointment, as he never calls you with results. He always insists on sending you to specialists even if there is no need. His staff is very unprofessional and he sees too many patients. I had enough of him, and I left him in June. I'm seeing another doctor and I'm very happy and satisfied. I would never recommend doctor Jay to any of my friends.
