This clinic is a rip off. Told my mom she needed dental implants (Articifical bone) in the middle of her getting her dentures done. They are the worse! I recommend staying away from this place by all means necessary! And fail to let her know that she was on a promotional payment period with Credit Care (Synchrony Bank). Now the period is over without her knowledge now she has a balance of $3100. on top of what she paid already of $69.00 for 18 months. Now she has to pay $58.00 for 5 years. Stay away from this clinic! In addition, the dentures are cheap and substandard! What a rip off!

To book an appointment you have to go through a third party which is Ridiculous! Everything is through request in which they take serval days just to get back with a proper response. They only seen children on Tuesdays or Wednesdays. Very inconvenient for working parents. I do not recommend.

Very disappointed! I was informed i can make an appointment for a regular check up on a sunday to just bring my ID card. At the time of the appointment, I was then informed that I could not be seen because they cannot verify my insurance information because they are closed on Sunday. The receptionist states we should have verified the insurance over the phone before coming. The lack of communication and lack of respect for my time is very distasteful and disappointing. I will think twice before bringing my family or recommending anyone coming who has things to do.

They gave me an x ray with a ton of jewelry on. Even though I implied that I should take it off, which later cost me $250 but the place I had to go to top get my extraction. Come to find out they do extractions there, based on the reviews! They also don't answer the phone. At least the girls up front were nice. 2 stars for me

Cleanings are quick. I was initially advised to extract a tooth that had no inflammation or symptoms. After asking for the basis of the recommendation, it was changed to a root canal. A second opinion later indicated only a filling was needed. I recommend seeking a second opinion before proceeding with major treatment.
