Optum - Montebello

Had scheduled a phone appointment, due to having the flu I couldn't be seen in person. The link they sent wasn't working, called the office to which they said they would call back. They never did. I had to go to urgent care in order to get a check up. Then I call Optum to get a refill on my inhaler that I've had my whole life, they said I'd have to be seen in person and the next available appt isn't until 1/27. I need my inhaler now. They have no empathy nor care to those they are supposed to be helping. Would not recommend. Will be looking for a new doctors office.

Don’t come to this office. It was the worst experience and worst customer service—overall, a circus. 🤡 had a scheduled appointment in September and they canceled it a day before. Made another appointment for January and they just canceled it again today. No one here or the company takes responsibility for anything and have you wasting your time and health. Made a complaint with optum they have no resolution or any type of help. What’s the point of making an appointment if they’re just to then cancel it a day before after requesting the day and still get charged monthly for the insurance. Try avoid this office theyre just a waste of time.

This used to be a decent place to get care when it was Healthcare Partners. Now they have centralized call centers where you can never get a response back from your provider, where you can never get an appointment with your provider. I am constantly directed to go to an urgent care or an emergency room. What is the point of a PCP‘s office if your PCP or any other healthcare provider at the location can never see you or they don’t have appointments. The few times that they do have appointments, the appointments are rushed, ineffective, and in my case, useless because none of my questions were answered. I am well-versed in the healthcare and how to navigate the complexities. My questions are straightforward, and the physicians are in such a rush that they tell me not to worry about it or I s

If I could do 0 stars I absolutely would. My mom has been have issues for months trying to get help with this clinic and she cannot even get a call back. We are worried about her health and NO ONE CALLS BACK. This is the worst place ever, if you could avoid getting help here do it. Because now she's stuck trying to get a very important appointment but won't hear back. We will be switching her as soon as we can. This is horrific . Get back to your patients

I know I’ve been going to Optum location in Montebella for a while, but I’m probably gonna be changing in the next couple of months. It’s not working out here. It takes way too long to get an appointment and if I’m want to talk to someone about a concern it takes too long. There’s too many channels to go through and I live in Whittier. I’d rather get a physician near my home.
