Dr. Rays office was the best, I got all the information I needed, and got all my questions answered. From the moment you check in you feel a good vibe because they are nice and friendly to the moment you check out to make your next appointment. This office is equipped with some of the best technology there is where I was able to see my xray in 3D! How amazing is that! Plus what made me feel like I had found the perfect office was when Dr. Ray told me that he treats his patients like family and I really liked that, because not all Doctors say that you. I’m glad to be part of this wonderful ortho family he has built, Thank you Dr. Ray and to his amazing staff for being there for me.

My experience at Dr. Rays office was the best I could have expected. From A to Z they are amazing at their jobs. I can text with the receptionist anytime I needed to, which is super helpful because of my work. Everything in the office is the highest level of technology, the staff are all super sweet. From the beginning Dr. Ray told me when you join his office you join their family and I have always felt that. You just have the feeling that you will always be taken care of by him. I never once had to worry about any part of my treatment. If I ever had a concern, it was taken care of immediately. Thank you Ray Orthodontics for being an office that’s for the community.

If you’re looking for an office that’s clean, has all the new tech, one on one treatment with an awesome doctor, then this is your place! I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Ray. He made my son feel so at ease, would text me back on Sundays when we had an emergency, has the nicest office with an arcade! The team is so friendly and greets you warmly the second you enter the office. Montebello is lucky to have a family type office that’s all about the patients.

BEST ORTHO IN ALL OF LA! I’ve been researching Ortho offices for a while now and I was always hesitant to start. I can honestly say after going to multiple consultations, Dr. Ray has by far the best office I’ve ever been to. Besides being super kind and understanding, his work is great, his staff is always super friendly, the office is big on tech, they have a cool 3D Xray machine that no other office had, and a 3D printer that prints retainers, oh and an actual Arcade with legit games. And the best part, everyone gets free retainers for life! I highly recommend Dr. Ray and his team, you guys rock!!!

Call to make an appointment in case you or a loved one needs braces. Need a second opinion? Give these folks a chance. At the first appointment 3d x-rays are taken and the Dr gives his opinion and recommendation. Once that happens the ladies give the best payment estimate (if you have insurance). Staff is friendly. Parking is limited in the front. Parking is available behind the business. They have self serve coffee. I wasn't offered to get coffee, but I didn't ask to get some (not a big deal). I noticed other folks helping themselves. Lots of seating is available in the waiting area. Thank you and God bless.
