SCAM – MISLEADING PATIENTS ⚠️ This dental clinic is extremely disappointing and misleading. We were scheduled by phone and TWICE confirmed that the first visit and initial examination were FREE, and that payment would only be required for further treatment. We clearly asked about this in advance and were explicitly told there would be no charge for the first visit. However, after arriving at the clinic, we were suddenly informed that the first exam costs $59. How is this acceptable? If you confirm twice over the phone that the initial visit is free, then you should honor that and provide it for free. This feels like a bait-and-switch tactic — luring patients in with false promises, knowing that once they arrive, they’ll feel pressured to pay anyway. That is dishonest and unprofessional. I

I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Julia Rosario at Dentists of Montebello. She was incredibly kind, patient, and thorough. I usually get nervous at the dentist, but Dr. Julia made me feel completely at ease. She explained everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout the visit. The office is clean, modern, and the entire staff is welcoming and professional. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a caring and trustworthy dentist!

I was looking for a dental clinic that accepts my HMO insurance and came across Dentists of Montebello. I had a previous dentist in the area, but after a disappointing experience there, I decided it was time to find a new one, and I’m so glad I did! Scheduling an appointment was incredibly easy. I called around noon on a Wednesday and was offered a same-day appointment at 5 PM. I opted for the next morning instead and was seen at 9 AM. The clinic is very clean, well-organized, and even smells nice, definitely made a great first impression. The entire process was smooth and professional. From history taking to X-rays, everything was done step by step, and they took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly. What I really appreciated was how not pushy they were. Eli and Dr.Julia were amazing! It was my first time and the whole office was very kind and attentive. They did a great job at explaining and make sure I fully understood all the work I was going to get done. Eli and Dr.Julia were very gentle while they worked on my teeth and I would definitely recommend them to others:)
