Very poor billing follow-up and communication. I had a cleaning on January 29 and provided valid, active dental insurance information. I was incorrectly told my policy was inactive and paid $190 out of pocket. After confirming my coverage has been active since January 1, I contacted the office to request the claim be corrected and resubmitted. It has now been over a week with no response. Ignoring patients when billing mistakes happen is unacceptable. I expected professional handling of insurance claims, but unfortunately that has not been my experience.

I have been a patient for some time now and have experienced nothing but professionalism from the staff and doctors. The doctor tells it to me like it is and how to better my oral hygiene. I appreciate and respect that type of honesty.

Wonderful customer service, definitely would recommend this dental office. Staff is super friendly, kind and knowledgeable. Dentist is amazing. I had a great experience.

My mom has been with this locations for over 15 years, and all her dental needs have been taken care of. Dr. Acevedo is a great dentist and she really cares for her patients. Try it you won’t regret it!
